二 委托代理进口步骤

1）请先和您的国外供应商确定好进口订单，并向您的国外供应商说明我司是您指定的进口代理公司。

2）您可以先付汇至我司账户，然后委托我司付汇至（或开信用证）国外供应商账户。

3）您需提供该笔业务对应的进口文件给我司（合同，发票，装箱单，提单等）。

4）货物到港后我司开始换单报关，按照您的意愿使用指定货代，若您有需要也可由我司安排货代。

5）我司办理您进口所需的相关文件，

6）我司会及时将关税和增值税的具体金额及时告知您，您需将税金付至我司。

7）海关放行后我司会通知您提货或由我司安排将货物送至您指定地点。

8）业务操作结束后我司会列出实际发生费用清单与您结算。

三 进口代理流程

签订进口买卖合同---办理相关许可证---对外付汇（开信用证或电汇等）---国外客户发货---准备进口单证---换单－报关预录－三检－商检(法定商检货物)－海关查验(属于抽检, 非法定查验)－海关放行出税单－交纳税金－海关电子放行－提货--结算--单据存档

Import service:

1.    How to entrust our company to import.

1）First of all you should determine the import order with your foreign supplier and explain to your foreign party we are your import agent.

2） You can make the payment to our company, and then entrust us to pay (or open the l/c) to your foreign supplier.

3）Please provide import documents to give us in advance as much as possible (invoice/packing list/bill of lading/certificate, etc.);

4）After the cargoes have been delivered to the port, we will begin to change single customs clearance. Of course you can use your designated forwarders or authorize us to arrange the delivery.

5） We will prepare for the import documents you needed.

6）We will keep you informed how much you should pay for the import tariff & VAT.

7） We will advise you to pick up the cargoes or delivery the cargoes to your appointed destination after the customs clearance.

8） At he end of the business, our company will settle with you according to the actual list all expenses.
